Tahoe Hockey Academy has partnered with Lake Tahoe Preparatory School in Olympic Valley,CA on the North shore of Lake Tahoe to provide the academic curriculum and programming for Tahoe Hockey Academy. Established in 1978, Lake Tahoe Preparatory School has been well known for its 100% college acceptance rate and low student-teacher ratio.

Every student uses a Google Chromebook, enabling seamless learning whether in the classroom, on the road for tournaments, or studying in their dormitory room. This technological flexibility ensures that academics never take a back seat to athletic commitments. Students can access their coursework, communicate with teachers, and stay on track with their studies no matter where they are.

Individualized Learning Approach

We recognize that every student learns differently, and we celebrate that diversity. Our teachers take individual time with each student, adapting their approach to match different learning styles and ensuring true comprehension and mastery of material. Whether a student is a visual learner, needs additional time with concepts, or is ready to move ahead, our teachers provide the personalized support necessary for success.

Open Communication

Teachers are accessible through email, fostering responsiveness and making it easy for students to ask questions or seek clarification outside of class time. SAT and ACT Preparation
